When I say they exceeded my expectations they went above and beyond. I'm in Raleigh, NC and needed a delivery in Charleston, SC. They were amazing and delivered on time.

So my daughter's last middle school band performance was this week and I wanted to get her something a little more special and personal other than some $10 flowers from Walmart. It wasn't quite last minute but it was a little on the short notice side, but Annette pulled it off for me. Even though she was busy as all could be with Mother's Day orders, she fit me right in and took care of me. All I told her was my daughter's favorite color and without me sending her any pictures or anything to help her, she knocked it out the park. My daughter absolutely loved them. The bouquet was perfect. Thank you, Olivia Rose Floral Design! With your professionalism, prices and creativity, this was one of the easiest and well deserved 5 star reviews I have given.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Olivia Rose Floral Design! It was the day before my wife’s birthday, and, like any great husband, I waited until the last possible moment to order her bouquet. Naturally, I was a little panicked, but my fears were quickly put to rest when Annette took charge of the situation! From the moment she answered the phone, her friendly and kind demeanor made the whole process a breeze. Now, I’d love to tell you I knew exactly what flowers to order, but, in reality, I had zero clue—other than a vague “colorful spring look.” But did that throw Annette off? Absolutely not! She took my lack of direction and turned it into a stunning bouquet that made me look like I knew exactly what I was doing. And to top it all off, Annette personally delivered the flowers right on time, ensuring everything went smoothly and my wife had the special birthday she deserved. A huge thank you to Annette and Olivia Rose Floral Design for making me look good, giving my wife a wonderful birthday surprise, and creating a flawless experience from start to finish. Highly recommend, especially if you need to quickly redeem yourself as the world’s best husband!
